The best place in Mangalore for stay. Although we friends expected a farm house stay, never expected such a clean green farm house within the city limits, with the best hosts you will come across. The rooms were clean and spacious and had exactly everything required for daily use. Toothbrush, towels, cutlery, water for refill. Uncle and Aunty were very hospitable and prepared the best mangalorean breakfast we had on the trip. Most of the food was home cooked. We would definitely be back with family and friends. Thank you Uncle and Aunty. Please ask the guests to refill the water bottles rather than giving them so many pet water bottles.

Reached Cordel Farmstay after a 13 hour drive from Aluva, Kerala around 7:30 in the evening on the 9th Feb 2021. Nantoor Junction was totally jammed with traffic, however, managed to cross & with help from Google Amma we found the place. When you descend the hill it's like entering another place altogether. No traffic noise, nothing, only the sound of the birds in the groves. We got our act together & hung out on the nice sized balcony on the first floor on zero gravity chairs chilling getting totally rejuvenated by the ambience of dense greenery all around. Ordered up food from the Village, delivery was fast. Breakfast was super & on the house. Spent the 10th &11th just hanging around the place. Richard & Zita are the perfect hosts & a big thank you for going out of the way to make our stay so comfortable. WiFi worked well throughout. My wife & daughter loved the walk through the arecanut grove. Preferable to have your own vehicle. We stayed on the first floor family room & loved it. Special mention of Gundu the guard dog & Freny & the other 2 doggies. Definitely a must visit.

This place is all that it promises and more.... When were being welcomed by Lobo aunty and uncle, I could actually feel the warmth exuding from them. They made us feel completely at home within minutes of arrival. The place is very well maintained. Every single need is taken care of. The room even has a cradle with soft toys thrown in, just in case. Can you get more detail-oriented than that? Breakfast was typical Mangalorean cusine and plentiful.I truly loved the place and hoping to be back soon. Will surely recommend to all.
