We opened the farm to guests in 2016 and have not looked back. Cordel Farmstay is located in Shaktinagar, Mangaluru. The farm is home to areca nut, nutmeg, avocado, jackfruit, banana, starfruit, breadfruit, pepper, and a variety of exotic plants. Our farm is within the city at an ideal location to explore the beauty of Mangalore.

Check in, explore the flora and fauna at the farm, play some badminton, shoot some arrows or just relax absorbing the greenery around. Wake up to the crescendo of chirping birds in the morning and feast on a heavy Mangalorean breakfast savoring dishes like neer dosa, Mangalore buns, pundi, idlis, sajjige bajil, and many more along with fresh fruit, eggs, and a piping hot cup of coffee or tea.

Mangalore is famous for its beaches namely Panambur beach, Tannirbhavi beach, Sasihitlu beach, Padubidri blue beach, Someshwar beach, Suratkal beach, and Lighthouse. Visit the holiest of shrines at Aloysius Chapel, Rosario Cathedral, Attur church, Kadri temple, Mangaladevi temple, Gokarnatheshwara Kudroli temple, Polali temple, Subrahmanya Temple, Dharmasthala, and Masjid Zeenath Baksh. The Sultan Bathery riverfront provides a scenic view of the Gurupura river with a regular ferry service for people to cross over to the other side and visit Tannirbhavi Beach. Pilikula Nisarga Dhama (lake, zoo, planetarium, science park, artisan village, and water park) is a must-visit, and don’t forget to take the toy train ride at Kadri park and lastly learn more about Mangalore’s past at the Srimanthi Bhai Memorial Government Museum and Aloyseum. Plan a day trip to Udupi to visit the Krishna Matha, St. Mary's island, Malpe beach, and Malpe sea walk. Karkala is home to the Savirakanbada basadi, Chaturmukha basadi, Gomateshwara statue, Rama Samudra, Kudremukh National park, and Sita falls.
